Looking for wiring harness for 89 camaro (Omaha)

Looking for a wiring harness for an 89 camaro.
Having problems with my 89 camaro tpi.
It had a 305 88 Camaro motor it ran and got to hot one day and started knocking so now It has a 305 85 elcamino motor in it.
It Was a carbureted motor now it has the tpi on it.
It will start but won't stay running now not starting need to switch out the wiring harness or something.
Doesn't seem to be getting gas or something Need parts.
