Sales Consultant

Description: Edwards Hyundai in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for an individual to join our growing sales team at our brand new store.
In this role, the sales consultant will meet with customers to discuss their needs, promote sales offers, and show prospective customers vehicles.
You should understand and present the characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles; develop and qualify buyers; and close sales.
A typical employee works 5 days a week with a 45-hour workweek.
$3,000.
00 a month guarantee during your 60 day training period.

Responsibilities Greet customers upon arrival to the lot and guide prospects through the sales process.
Assist customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory sheets.
Enhance the customer experience and advance sales process by demonstrating the vehicle features on the lot Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily reporting any problems to the General Manager Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales Previous Car Sales Experience is preferred in our Used Car Department Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
Ability to overcome objections and close the sale Work with management to negotiate the purchase price; finalize the sale and vehicle delivery.
