*Duties and Responsibilities:* * Administrative support to the dispatch employees.
* Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls * Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction * Build sustainable relationships of trust through open interactive communication.
Ability to interact with all level of employees and customers * Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents * Take the extra mile to engage customers *Skills:* * Customer support experience preferred * Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively * Excellent written and verbal communication Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.
