Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service - Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets - Create and maintain a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers - Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze sales trends, adjusting pricing and promotions accordingly - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise - Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training to ensure a knowledgeable and efficient team - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner Requirements: - Previous experience as a store manager or assistant manager in a retail environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management - Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software applications - Familiarity with market trends and competition in the retail industry - Ability to maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service even in challenging situations - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
