PERSONALIZE every interaction with guests whether they are COMPANY PROVIDED LEADS, referrals, return guests, or walk-ins.
Serve as an INDUSTRY EXPERT by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests.
Establish RELEVANT SALES GOALS and devise a strategy to meet them in accordance with dealership goals and standards of productivity.
Actively participate in TRAINING on products and PRINCIPLED SALES TACTICS.
Maintain professional appearance.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Ability and desire to make a POSITIVE IMPACT with EVERY INTERACTION.
