Essential Responsibilities Include: Provide Members with exceptional customer service Use a POS system to charge program fees, guest fees, and merchandise sales to members' account Answer and route all incoming calls and take messages as needed Answer questions related to the Golf Operation Greet members and guests and assist with check-in Maintain cleanliness of the check-in desk area in the Golf Shop Monitor the pace of play as golfers make the turn About The Players Club: Designed by PGA TOUR Legend, Arnold Palmer, The Players Club is Omaha's only 27-hole private club.
