Parts Counter Person

We are currently looking to add a parts counter person for our Council Bluffs, IA dealership.
The shift will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.
m.
to 5:30 p.
m.
with a rotating Saturday.
*Basic Qualifications:* * Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
* Must have excellent communication skills.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must be proficient on a computer.
*PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:* * Assist customers with their parts needs in a professional, courteous and prompt manner.
* Answer phones.
* Obtain sufficient information from customer to ensure correct part is specified.
* Invoice all parts purchases at the time of sale.
* Determine and order necessary/ requested parts.
