Backroom Team Member

Responsibilities: - Receive and process incoming merchandise in a timely manner - Unload trucks and ensure accurate product counts - Organize and maintain inventory in the backroom - Prepare merchandise for shipment or delivery - Assist with stocking shelves and setting up displays - Keep the backroom clean and organized - Collaborate with sales associates to ensure efficient operations Experience: - Previous experience in a warehouse or retail setting preferred - Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes - Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently - Multilingual skills, especially bilingual, are beneficial for communicating with diverse customers and team members Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
