Looking for Bowling Center Job or Lease (Council Bluffs IA or within 2-3 hours)

Experienced bowling center veteran looking for a $20-$25/hr job in a bowling center Have done anything and everything job wise in a center, cook, clean, mechanic, counter, leagues- including own and operate my own.
Experience om AMF machines (and Brunswick- just not as much) Can operate your center for you if you choose and are looking to get out.
Willing to lease your center from you also.
6 lanes, 8 lanes, small town or larger.
