GME: Primary coordinator of one or two accredited educational programs that combine a total of at least 14 trainees.
*This position may require working from Children’s Hospital & Medical Center and Village Point one day per week.
-Oversees and coordinates activities and ensures requirements are met related to institutional, program and board certification requirements.
-Acts as liaison between education program authority and recipients.
-Manages recruitment, application and orientation process.
-Responsible for management of revenues and expenses.
-Performs other duties as required in a competent professional, respectful and collaborative manner.
-Under limited supervision, plan, organize, implement and facilitate administrative activities for the Anesthesia House Officer education program.
Facilitate application process, ensure accreditation with program standards and maintain clinic rotation schedules, requiring a high degree of work complexity.
