About this Opportunity:
As an Atlassian Developer and Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our Atlassian tools.
You will be responsible for configuring, operating, and automating Jira and Confluence, as well as supporting user management through Atlassian Access.
Your role will also extend to supporting other services related to the Product Lifecycle process integrating applications and best practices.
Analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement for both Jira instances and Confluence spaces.
Clearly document (and diagram if required) required functionality for review / approval.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Implementation and support Atlassian products
Construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA
Construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages
Set up and manage user permissions
Design, build, customize, and roll out advanced Jira workflows and schemes
Performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installations
Write custom JQL (Jira Query Language)
We’re looking for talent who:
Possess experience working on implementation and supporting Atlassian products
Has minimum of 2 years of experience administering Jira enterprise instances
Preferably has a minimum of Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent
Preferably has Atlassian Certification(s)
Has hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with specific focus on Jira Software, Atlas, Jira Product Discovery, Jira Service Management, customer portals, SLAs, queues, customer accounts, etc.
Has experience in the design, build, customization, and roll out of advanced Jira workflows and schemes
Has experience in the design, build, customization, and roll out of advanced Jira automations
Has experience selecting and implementing Marketplace apps
Possess knowledge and application of best practices for JSM/Jira
Possess expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence
Has ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language)
Is able to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA
Is able to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages
Has experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation
Possess strong analytical skills
Has ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and agile environment
Must have a strong work ethic with good time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Obtain Orion Industry Certification
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$69,723.
00 - $105,276.

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
