Senior Tester

Title: Senior Tester Job Description: Sr.
Tester will: Support USSTRATCOM J38 by providing independent testing on NPES Recap.
Duties include (but not limited to) evaluating software and hardware plans, designs, coding, testing delivered software, and quality assurance practices on Government and contractor maintenance and modernization efforts.
The candidate should be able to: Ensure that project plans are aligned with, and satisfactorily address, user defined CONOPS and validated/updated requirements, and coordinate any requirement updates between the program office and the functional community As an Agile team member participate in requirements traceability/validation Participate and conduct validation of delivered NPES Recap software Produce operational test plans and procedures Support J38 during NPES operational activities for Technical Performance Evaluations (TPE), Nuclear Procedures Inspection (NPI), Integrated Mission Area Training (IMAT) for both exercise and world events Support the Deficiency Review Board process by producing Deficiency Reports found during NPES Recap software testing Continuously analyze NPES Recap software and recommend improvements Required Qualifications Experience with operational test & evaluation (OT&E) strategies, plans, and procedures Experience in conducting detailed testing, including regression testing Test or exercise planning and management experience is required, including extensive experience with developing test or exercise plans, schedules, and associated documentation and executing these during tests or exercises.
Ability to coordinate testing and/or exercises across multiple units in different geographic areas.
Competent briefing senior-level personnel, comfortable with all levels of rank, proficient delivering briefings and running meetings and working groups.
Proficient with use of MSOffice family of software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Capable of conducting agile testing and evaluation Active Top Secret security clearance Minimum 5 years of experience Must be a High School graduate.
US citizen Desired (not required) NPES Recapitalization program experience USSTRATCOM operational experience is highly desired Test design and post event data collection and analysis experience is highly desired Developing and documenting test plans and procedures, conducting testing, and evaluating and documenting results KBR is an equal opportunity employer.
