*SUMMARY:*
Engineering interns help the engineering department by working on projects to support the design and development of fire trucks
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
*To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:*
Support the Structural Engineering design group.
Activities may include product research, b modeling, documentation, and development of process improvements.
Experience with (work or classroom) Solid works or other 3D modeling software.
Other duties as assigned
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
*Junior or Senior, currently enrolled in an Engineering program in an accredited College or University*
*Undergraduate degree candidate*
*Basic knowledge of CAD modeling software*
*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite*
*Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-motivated*
*Must have good time management, organization, and written/verbal communication*
