Responsible for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems and bridging the needs of faculty/staff/students for use of critical systems in teaching, research and service.
A particular emphasis will be on research support mechanisms in the IT environment.
Will serve as liaison among stakeholders to understand the IT structures, policies, and operations of the organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
This will include assisting with project management, functional design, testing, and overall project success.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues; deliver training and guidance to end users and system/service owners; develop and maintain system documentation.

*Required Experience* Minimum of two years of network experiences in a technology environment *Required License/Certification* A valid Nebraska Driver’s license and automobile.
