We like plants, people, and beautiful spaces.
John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we’re as committed as we’ve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live.
Today we’re a team of a few hundred people, but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world.
And we have fun doing it.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a seasonal team member, your primary focus will be on the total customer experience, including answering questions, helping select the products they need, and helping at the registers during our peak times.
During the interview process, we’ll align on the department that is the best fit for you.
In each department, you’ll champion customer service, keep the sales floor stocked, watered, and organized – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.
YOUR IMPACT
o Welcome customers and assist them in finding the plant or solution they need in person and on the phone, actively contributing to our Store experience
o Water, clean, stock, and organize the sales floor in your scheduled zone
o Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklists
o Execute department-specific processes with safety, accuracy, and efficiency

o Experience working in retail a plus but not required
