Software Architecture - Advisor
What does a successful Software Architecture Advisor do at Fiserv?
The ISO Application Development team designs, develops, and supports a critical application for Fiserv’s growth goals.
As a successful Software Architecture Advisor you will design and develop an enterprise application, using your expertise with Informatica, that is integral to Fiserv’s operations.
What You Will Do
Be a subject matter expert (SME) for residual processing and coach/lead junior staff members
Work independently with IT functional units and business units
Document software and system functional specifications
Consult with stakeholders on the design of project
Translate functional requirements into technical designs
Recommend strategies for technical aspects as well as broad system improvements.
Perform application software development, which includes new, maintenance and support of applications and provide 24x7 production support.
What You Will Need To Have
10+ yrs.
of related IT experience.
BS Degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent work experience
Development and Performance Tuning experience of Informatica
Netezza development experience
DB2 Development and writing shell script in Unix experience
Development experience with Appworx scheduler or equivalent
Development experience using PKware
Possesses strong knowledge of residual process
Knowledge of Cognos
